Our Vision
HealthOne's vision involves enabling more hospitals to make more patients healthier by better servicing an expanding population. In doing so, we also desire to provide secondary public benefits, not only by keeping health costs and insurance rates down, but by lowering government Medicare and Medicaid liability, and as a result, freeing up local financial resources and lowering our taxes! We are able to do this because our copyrighted system complies with "Payor of Last Resort" government mandates. This ensures that hospitals are paid first from liability carriers and transfers the financial burden of community payment for medical bills to third-party private sector liability carriers. And, by promptly settling claims, we are also able to do our part in lowering one of the main reasons for the alarming rise in Chapter 7 bankruptcies in America--medical debt. It has also always been HealthOne's vision to expand its operations to reach as many hospitals and hospital systems in as many geographical locations as possible. Substantial recent progress has been made in removing barriers to our growth with the result that we now are positioned to grow very rapidly in the next three to five years. Having recently secured contracts with four hospitals that are members of the top 100 health care consortiums in the country, and are very close to signing much larger contracts with significant consortiums, themselves. Among other things, the HealthOne procedure for cutting through the legal and bureaucratic morass that has heretofore kept hospitals from collecting money that is rightfully owed them has now been endorsed by the Director of Medicaid, the Governor, and Attorney General of the State of Mississippi! Armed with evidence of their support, we believe it will not be long before we receive similar endorsements in other states. Given these developments, our rapid growth, and the continued growth in the entire health care industry, the development potential into a Fortune 1000 company is probable. |
